Pie Fundraising Information 

 We supply Fresh Baked Delicious Pies for your Fundraising event!


To help things run as smoothly as possible we have made some changes to the way we offer our fundraiser this year. Please read the details below and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or help that you need. Thank you for considering us for your fundraiser!


We offer 8 flavors to choose from for your fundraiser.



  • Apple (Harvest Apple)
  • Apple Crumb

  • Apple Carmel Walnut

  • Pecan

  • Pumpkin

  • Cherry

  • Very Berry

  • Blueberry

Size: The Harvest Apple and Pecan are 10” Pies and all the rest are 9” Pies


All pies for fundraisers cost $12.00. Checks made payable to Schieferstein Farm Market


Setting up your fundraiser:

  • Complete Pie Sale order form (we will email you ) and email to, Attn: Laura no later than Thursday, November 11th. 

  • Select the date you want your pies to be ready, options are Monday, November 22, Tuesday November 23 or Wednesday November 24.

  • Select the Pick Up time, options are morning 10-1pm or afternoon 2-7pm.

  • Select if you wish to have the pies distributed at the Farm or if you wish to pick up your complete order to distribute on your own.

  • Once your order form is received, you will receive an email confirmation.


Pickup Instructions for Self-Distribution:

Upon arrival, send a text to let us know you are here (phone # will be sent out with confirmation). You will be directed to a table on the side of the building. To ensure that the traffic flows smoothly, please do not arrive until your selected time slot.  We will have our Fundraiser Director meet you, confirm that the total pies and flavors are correct, and payment will be collected. You can then load your car with the pies. Depending on how many pies you ordered, you may need 2 cars for pick up. Pies will be packed in boxes.  You will be responsible for loading boxes into your car(s).



Instruction for Pie Order Distribution at Schieferstein’s:

We are happy to offer you the option of using our facility for your fundraiser pick-up distribution.


  • We will supply 2 tables on the side of the building under a tent in case of rain.

  • Please bring a sign with your school name on it to tape to the front of your table.

  • All of your pies will be on a table ready for you to distribute sorted by flavor. You will staff the table and hand out pies to your participants as they arrive at the farm. We recommend a minimum of 2 people to run your table, you may want to consider more depending on the number of orders you received.

  • We will have our Pie Fundraising Director there to help guide people to the proper table for pick up.

  • Any pies not picked up by the end of your allotted date & time must be taken home with a volunteer from your organization and distributed at your convenience. Schieferstein’s will not be able to distribute any pies for you after your slot is over.


*Helpful Tip: When collecting your pie orders, we suggest writing the pickup day and time on the order form so that people know in advance when they need to pick up.

Example:  Pick up your pies on Tuesday November 23rd, between 2-7pm. Location Schieferstein’s Farm, 393 Madison Hill Road, Clark. *If you are unable to pick up during our assigned pick up slot, please pick up at x address anytime thereafter…
